We loved the hotel! The attention to detail and the level of service were fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we were well taken care of! We were even given the opportunity to choose our room. Although they probably can't do this every time, as we were lucky to arrive late, and no one else was checking in. A special thank you to Francesco and colleague (unfortunately, I don't remember his name) for taking such good care of us. Everything about the hotel impressed us, right down to the luxuriously large, fluffy bath towels. Breakfast was fabulous and the hotel itself is stunning. I was worried because in the reviews it said that the pool is shaded by 4 pm, which is the case, but if you want more pool time, you can simply go to the second pool which has sun for longer. And what was also great, even though it was July, there was always a free cabana, no matter what time of day we got to the pool. It's not the type of demographic that wakes up at the crack of dawn to reserve their spot for the whole day. The views are amazing and the staff are super friendly and accommodating. We were touched that the hotel surprised my boyfriend for his birthday with a bottle of bubbly and a slice of chocolate cake, which was elegantly presented. It also has an impressive fitness center, packed with all of the equipment! We were there for 8 days and loved it. The only minor drawback for us is that it's in St Julian's which is very crowded and lively at night with the younger crowd. However, the rooms are well soundproofed and it's a great location to be able to access all parts of the island. We would definitely stay there again and it will be hard to find another hotel that can beat the experience we had at ME.

It’s clear that a woman designed this space, as every detail exudes warm elegance and sophistication. The atmosphere is refined yet welcoming, and the breathtaking views add to the magic. Service – Hospitality at Its Finest From check-in to check-out, the service is impeccable. Next-Level Concierge Service The concierge team is exceptional—modern, proactive, and incredibly helpful. You can contact them via WhatsApp for anything, from restaurant recommendations to reservations, making everything seamless. I have experienced many concierge services, but this one truly stands out in efficiency, friendliness, and modernity. A Special Thank You – Above & Beyond Service I had an issue with mx transfer to the next destination and ME Malta went above and beyond to assist me, ensuring I was taken care of—especially on my birthday. Their kindness and professionalism made all the difference, and for that, I am incredibly grateful. Facilities – Absolutely Spectacular Even though some areas are still being developed, what is already in place is next-level: • Spa & Wellness: The design is stunning, and the experience is elevated by the team, especially Sophia, who coordinates everything flawlessly. The massages are truly relaxing. • Pool Area: Simply beautiful, with top-notch service. • Breakfast: À la carte perfection—every dish was fresh and delicious. Room for Improvement Final Verdict – A Hotel with Heart & Excellence While the design and facilities are spectacular, what truly makes ME Malta special is the warmth and friendliness of the team—from the concierge to the front desk to room service, everyone embodies true hospitality.

Wonderful experience, probably one of the best hotel i've ever spent my vacation. Me and my girlfriend were absolutely stunned by the quality of services (inside pool and restaurant were absolutely amazing), the beauty and elegance of the room and the kindness of the staff. In addition to that, at first we had some troubles with the booking, the administration was extremely collaborative (which is something really rare nowadays). Key elements were also comfy bed and the woundrous choice of light disposition. Best feature for sure was the paccheri dipped in duck sauce we ate last dinner, unforgettable 🏆 Despite the rainy days we got an EXCELLENT experience, even if i'm pretty young, i'm sure it will.be difficult to beat this level of quality. (One advice, try the pillow menu for your best sleep, we discovered it unfortunately too late, it's my only regret)

This property is under a year old and has a cool modern vibe.The rooms were lovely and choice of restaurants great. The pool area was very comfortable particularly the sun beds.Staff were extremely friendly and always had time for a chat.Guest relations were super and surprised us with a chocolate cake and bottle of Prosecco.The Spa and Gym facilities were excellent too.We would definitely return to this hotel.

ME Malta by Meliá did an excellent job reflecting the fluid, modern style of Mercury Towers, one of the final projects personally approved by Zaha Hadid. The pastel colors, perfectly combined with carefully selected furniture, evoke a sense of serenity and gentle warmth. The personalized welcome details from the hotel staff set the tone for an unforgettable experience, which continued throughout the stay with complimentary Nespresso coffee capsules, glass-bottled water, and chocolate cubes. The garment steamer, hair dryer and hair iron are new and work very well. Despite being used by guests, they are spotlessly clean and I hope it stays that way :) The cleanliness of this hotel is exceptional across all facilities, which is one of my top priorities when choosing accommodations. The spa center, featuring a cave-like indoor pool, is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen. The outdoor pool decks overlooking the sea are also stunning, although it can be quite windy at times. The room was spacious, with a large balcony furnished with clean, new pieces and offering a lovely view. All staff members were very attentive and polite, especially AURA Manager Paula Sardon, who was genuinely interested in hearing my feedback to help elevate the experience for future guests. I look forward to coming again and staying at other hotels in the ME by Meliá chain in the future.

We absolutely love everything about us stay at the hotel. It is no doubt the best hotel we have ever stayed in. There are so many things to love about it, but I’ll include a few highlights! To start with, the hotel is really new and it is beautiful. The room and facilities are new, clean and instagram worthy. We love the outdoor pools, indoor pool, sauna and steam room! There is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy and never feel crowded. We were upgraded to a really nice and big room, with balcony and sea view. Along with the upgrade, we also got some perks, including complimentary tickets for our family of 4 to visit the museum of illusion, free soft drink from the mini bar during our stay, cocktail experience at the amazing rooftop bar etc. I was at the hotel a week before my birthday and they couldn’t be more lovely! We came back to our hotel room one evening to find Prosecco, cakes and treats for an early celebration of my birthday! They even provided a soft drink and fruit skewers for my children! All free!! The other thing I absolutely love about the hotel is their service. The cleaning team will clean the room while we are out sightseeing making sure we come back to a clean and tidy room. And when we head out for dinner, they come in again and replenished bottled water by the bedside tables. Thank you so much to the team at ME Malta for the amazing experience. We would love to come back again!

The property was extremely clean and modern. Decor was nice. The balcony was huge, wrapped around the whole room. Staff were very friendly and polite. We had drinks on the rooftop at sunset which was lovely. We had a couples massage which we both enjoyed, spa was nice but just to be mindful that the indoor pool is used by all hotel guests. Close proximity to restaurants and shops. Overall I’d highly recommend this property.

We had the most wonderful stay at the ME Malta hotel. Maris and her team took such meticulous care of us throughout our getaway—a truly luxurious interlude for a special occasion. The breakfast was delicious, the suites are tastefully decorated with fine materials, and the sea view is well worth it. But what really won us over was the spa, and the indoor pool is breathtakingly beautiful. In short, we will definitely be back regularly at this hotel. Thank you again.

The hotel is brand new and only partially open. The staff are excellent and can't do enough for you. There is currently a small outside pool on the 8th floor but the real gem (which you can hardly find a picture of on the website) is the cave pool 3 levels below the street in the hotel spa, which is much bigger than you would expect. Lots of hotels have nice little spas but this is huge and the pool is in a limestone cave and about 20m long of which 15m is swimmable. Functioning jets and fountains too. Really special if you can find a time to be there alone. Wonderful and unique as far as I know in Malta.
